When you use our tools, the following data never leaves your device:

• Files you upload (images, PDFs, documents)
• Text you paste (JSON, code, passwords, etc.)
• Form inputs or values entered into any tool
• Generated output (encoded text, hashes, QR codes, etc.)

All computation is performed client-side (in your browser). Our servers are not involved in tool processing.

2. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use Tool Hub in aggregate. This includes:

• Pages visited and time spent
• General geographic region (country/city level)
• Device type and browser
• Traffic source (search, direct, referral)

Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address (anonymized). This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. Advertising (Google AdSense)

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage (not server-side cookies) only for:

• Remembering your tool use count (to show a donate prompt after 3 uses)
• Tracking when the donate popup was last shown (7-day cooldown)

No login sessions, no tracking identifiers. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

5. Contact Form

If you submit a message via our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry. This information is stored securely and not shared with third parties.

6. Donations

Donation payments are processed by third-party services (PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, crypto wallets). Tool Hub does not handle or store payment card information. Please review the privacy policies of those services for details on how they handle your payment data.

7. Children's Privacy

Tool Hub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
