Upload any image, then move your cursor over the image to preview the color at that position. Click to "pin" a color to the history — it will be added to your color swatch history. Click any swatch in the history to copy its HEX code. You can pick up to 12 colors before the oldest are replaced.

The tool reads exact pixel values from the HTML5 Canvas at your cursor position. Colors are read from the displayed (scaled) image, so the RGB values match what's rendered on screen. For large images displayed at smaller sizes, the values reflect the resampled pixel, not the original full-resolution pixel.
